If you want a complete application to organize, play and change the format of the audio files from your music collection, at Malavida.com we have GXTranscoder, that is officially called GX::Transcoder. It is an application that is still in the development process that should be taken into account.

  GXTranscoder offers access to different functions from the same application, be it from the "Function" menu or the programs icons. It integrates three modules:
- Transcoder. This is the applications main function. It is used to convert an audio files format, adjusting the quality and coding parameters.
- Player. It is a comfortable player, from where we will be able to access both the coded files and the originals.
- Tagger. This extra function allows to quickly insert and modify that songs tags, that includes the information regarding Artist, album, title, etc... What's more, thanks to the "Search Artist Info" we will be able to access complete information about the artist.

  Among the audio files supported by the application we will find: WAV, OGG, MP1, MP2, MP3, MPG, MPEG, AIF and BWF. Once a file of this type is loaded in the "Transcoder" tab, it is possible to modify the output parameters: coding mode (VBR, CBR, ABR), number of channels, compression rate, etc...

  Requirements:This application requires that you have the correct codecs installed, because they aren't supplied with the application. The application also requires .NET Framework 2.0 or above. Compatible with Windows XP or above.

  Note: This is a Beta version, so it may include some errors.
